As you are no doubt aware, printing from web pages can present many formatting problems, with text and pictures being spread in odd ways between pages.

Alternatively, with these sections we have tried to edit and format the bulk of the content of our website into chunks that just might print out neatly onto European A4 size pages. For best results, follow the links to the sections you want and print each page separately.

The pages are most likely to print as intended if you use the Microsoft Explorer browser, A4 paper (apologies if this is not your standard size locally) and set all the page margins to 5mm or 1/4 inch (in File... Page Setup...).

As you click on each link below, the page will open in a new window.  Click the 'Print' button on your browser and then close the window to return to this page. (This avoids your printed pages having unnecessary web navigation buttons on them.)
